HSDF seeks to address complex and fundamental health system challenges in Nigeria and Africa. We focus on the core pillars of health systems that ultimately drive transformative and sustainable impact on society. HSDF is currently engaged in 4 primary areas of focus namely:
Public Health Advisory
Service Delivery and Innovation
HSDF supports Nigerian government agencies at a federal and state level in their efforts to eliminate malaria and the mother-to-child transmission of HIV.
Through this program, HSDF works with state governments and healthcare facilities to facilitate good data practices that generate credible data for evidence-based decision making and planning.
Recognising that healthcare is not delivered in a vacuum, HSDF works with state governments and other public sector institutions to shape the macro-environment that dictates the potential of healthcare service providers.
